All Express Shipping orders are shipped out Same-Day or Next Day Monday – Friday GUARANTEED! Express Shipping orders option orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS from Europe straight to your door. The only exception to this is holidays due to the post office being closed during these days.
Delivery normally takes 2-5 business days to arrive to you after being shipped. Please keep in mind that this estimated delivery time is an average and not guaranteed. Consequently while greater than 95% of all orders arrive within the 2 - 5 business day time frame, delivery times may on occasion take longer. This may be due to inclement weather as mentioned above, extended time required for clearance through customs, and/or other unforeseen delays.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
In the event that your package is delayed, ORGANIC BUTTERFLY BABY has no control over this. Therefore we kindly suggest you place your orders well in advance to allow time for unforeseen delays, and order the largest sized pack possible to ensure you always have the food you need for your baby when you need it!
If you place your order during a holiday season (during the month of December for example), shipping delays will likely occur due to the higher than usual shipping volume. This also is outside the control of ORGANIC BUTTERFLY BABY. Please allow extra time for delivery of your package
Please know that there may be additional delays due to inclement weather, and if so then ORGANIC BUTTERFLY BABY cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to inclement weather.
Delivery failure due to errors on the part of the customer are not covered by or the responsibility of ORGANIC BUTTERFLY BABY. Therefore if your package fails to be delivered due to an error with the shipping address as entered when the order is placed, ORGANIC BUTTERFLY BABY will be happy to re-ship your package for you (once it is returned to us) but shipping charges will apply and must be paid prior to re-shipment.
If the additional re-shipping fee is not paid within 48 hours upon the receipt of your returned package, then the order will have to be cancelled and refunded and a restocking fee of up to 20% withheld to recover the cost of the initial shipment. So please be sure to enter your address correctly when placing your order, since we cannot be responsible for delivery failure due to customer error.
Examples of other issues which are not covered by or the responsibility of ORGANIC BUTTERFLY BABY include, but is not limited to, failure to receive your package due to theft after delivery or shipping carrier issues such as delivery mix-ups or delivery to the wrong address. ORGANIC BUTTERFLY BABY also cannot be held responsible for damage to your package being left out or delivered in direct sunlight or other inclement weather as we have no control over these circumstances.
ORGANIC BUTTERFLY BABY may provide assistance with these issues, but that will be at our sole discretion. If you have had issues with packages being stolen in your area, then we strongly encourage you to request signature confirmation by messaging us when you place your order. If you are concerned that your package may be left in inclement weather or direct sunlight along with elevated temperatures, then we encourage you to monitor tracking information and have someone available to immediately retrieve your package.
CUSTOMS & GOVERNEMENT
During customs clearance you may be contacted concerning your shipment. In order to prevent seizure & possible return of your order, it is very important to always mention that your parcel is for PERSONAL USE ONLY and is not in any way intended for resale. This will also minimize the likelihood of additional taxes or fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of organic formula intended for infants, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges of orders purchased from ORGANIC BUTTERFLY BABY.
In addition to the sensitive nature of organic baby formula, returning an international shipment which has already cleared customs will likely be impossible due to international shipping & customs clearance laws, and therefore is not economically viable to attempt.
